There are three ways to get involved with Homestead Health. Volunteer your time, partner with us as a provider or organization, or help raise funds that keep more neighbors home. Every path matters.

You do not have to work at Homestead Health to raise money for our mission. Some of our most effective fundraisers are community members who just believe in what we do.
Dinners, golf tournaments, bake sales, community runs - if you have an idea for a local event that benefits Homestead Health, we want to hear it. We will provide materials, promotion, and a contact for your attendees.
Use our donation page to create a personal fundraising campaign and share it with your network. Birthday fundraisers, giving challenges, team fundraisers at work - all of these help.
Organizations sometimes run events where a percentage of proceeds benefits a nonprofit partner. If you have a business or organization that wants to designate us as a beneficiary, contact us to get started.
We work with healthcare providers, hospices, social workers, and care facilities to make handoffs smoother and keep patients from falling through the cracks. If you refer patients or coordinate care, there is probably a way we can work together.
Refer patients who need in-home care between appointments or after discharge. We communicate back, so you stay in the loop.
When a patient needs more than hospice eligibility requires but is not yet ready for a full palliative program, we can bridge the gap.
If you manage complex older adults and need a trusted care partner for the medical piece, we are set up to collaborate directly.
Our patients are older adults who sometimes just need someone to show up. Volunteers make that possible. You do not need a medical background - just reliability, warmth, and a couple of hours.
